Tying Up Loose Ends!

June 10th is Monday! Wow, I can't believe this day is almost here. I can not wait to return to Croatia and work for the Lord. He is such an awesome God and I want all people to come to know and love Him as I do!

I also can't wait to see my friends from my last trip to Croatia. I hope they will come visit with me and we can make our friendships grow! Our lives have changed quite a bit of the the last six years, There is a lot to catch up on.


So, I have been packing a little. I may be able to take a smaller suitcase, this is almost all that needs to be packed. Just a few more clothing items. I am packing light, I don't need all of the visuals to teach with. I will be using my projector instead.

The last time I was there we handmade gifts for all the students. This year I plan to do the same, I do not know if the rest of the group will want to but I am making enough cards for everyone, if they would like to do it as well. Here are a couple of examples of what we did last time...

Here are some of the cards I have made for this trip. I have a few more to cut out, Silhouette decided to not work properly, so I have 5 sheets left to cut. I am make ATC (artist trading card) size cards as before. The difference is, they are like little water color paintings. Below you will find a couple of examples of how I might finish them. That always depends on my time and "mood".

 My daughter and her husband are moving down here and were trying to get here before I leave. They hit a bit of a snag and will not make it before I am in Croatia. Please pray for their safe travels from New Jersey to Louisiana. It is a long drive.
